   At the Coquitlam Location, Boulevard Casino, the restaurant was almost empty at 4pm. Service was very slow, the portions small, & expensive. Food arrived before the bottle of wine & we had to ask 2x for a drink while we ate the appetizers completely. When ordering, I indicated we had a 93 yr old, so we had said nothing HOT or Spicy in any food, but the Nachos burned him with surprise hot peppers. Same happened with wings - too hot & spicy. I had Lobster & prawn roll & the bun was cold & not toasted, when I had ordered it extra toasted, bland with not enough dressing, no lemon wedges & it was Flavorless, same with the side Caesar. They had no fresh ground pepper & when I asked for it, was given S & P, which came in shaker jars. My meal was taken off the bill by the manager & desert was free for 3 of us. Sticky toffee pudding was delicious & came with apologies from the manager. Overall it was a very disappointing experience.

   Everything was outstanding, chicken wings were delicious just with salt and pepper but if you add a bit of the Nashville spicy sauce then you got something else!!, Burgers are the main thing here so any burger you choose its a good choice.

   The food was delicious and I finally got to try the fish sandwich even though it is now haddock it was delicious. Our previous visit was in June of 2024 and I had mentioned that I wanted to return to try the crispy cod burger at that time but what I had the haddock was great. The only thing that has changed is that I was no longer able to get the yummy different sauces or dips with my fries like I got the first visit but that’s okay. On the first visit June of 2024 I asked for gravy which they didn’t have but I was impressed that I was given one of each type of sauce to try instead. Overall great time with friends and great food. We come out from Chilliwack and this time their was four of us everyone enjoyed their food

   Food was good but a little generic. Monday early and it was totally empty but that was fine because we had excellent service

   Best burgers you can get anywhere. You can't beat the taste and service. Thanks Kiyomi for wonderful service and making our dinner special.

   Second time we’ve been here it was good. The burgers are always good to have. The service wasn’t too bad. I think he was a little too pushy, but it was OK. We’ll come back again to have a nice burger. Maybe we’ll bring some friends with us.

   THE LOBSTER & PRAWN ROLL WAS SERVED WITH AN ORDINARY HOT DOG BUN, NOT TOASTED - NOT MUCH CHOICE ON THE MENU IF YOU DON’T EAT SPICY OR IF YOU DON’T WANT AN EGG IN YOUR BURGER. WAITED A LONG TIME BEFORE GETTING THE BEER. MY SON HAD A BUG IN HIS BEER - ONLY EXCUSES, NO COMPENSATION GIVEN. NOT GOING TO GO BACK. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU ARE GETTING.

   Great burger. Definitely better than most burgers out there but comes with a premium price. Our server tonight was exceptional and the service was over the top. Thank you for a nice dinning experience.

    Excellent service. We were celebrating a birthday and a promotion and team went the extra mile to help with that. The French onion burger was superb 👌🏻
