   The food and restaurant design are spectacular! Everything screams Gordon Ramsay and HK. We have been to multiple GR restaurants- and we will continue to patron his establishments. This was our daughters’ first visit and they loved it! We cannot say enough good things about the menu and the food quality. The service was also superb. The only real complaints were the noise level - pretty loud for a family dinner - and it was extremely warm inside (borderline uncomfortable). Other than that, it was a perfect evening. We will definitely be back!

   The food was exceptional!! Our waitresses asked if it was as good as we thought it would be, based off the TV show, and I said "it's better!" The food really is so much better than I imagined! Go get some!

   The atmosphere was beautiful, the service was incredible, and the food was outstanding! Our meal was brought to us surprisingly quickly, and again tasted perfect! The beef Wellington was the best I’ve ever had!

   First to start off we was seated exactly on time accordingly to our reservation times. Our server was amazing he was very knowledgeable with the menu and he made great recommendations! Also he is from Ohio like us. Go Bucks! The beef wellington was cooked to a percent medium rare. The scallops was perfect and couldn't ask for a more flavored dish, then we tried the oysters, very fresh and delicious, cocktails was great as well! And what better way to top it off with sticky toffey pudding, if we are back in Miami, we will be back!

   The whole dinner was great start to finish. My wife had the beef wellington. I had the short rib. (We shared). The puréed potatoes were to die for. Also the lemon blueberry cheesecake was the best I ever had. Can’t rave enough

   HK is well thought out design wise. The Wellington was delicious. The butternut soup has a beautiful presentation and texture. The staff was attentive but not overbearing. 2 complaints: 1. The menu isn't seasonal or regional. Butternut soup is a dish for autumn/winter. The chicken is served on a bed of cinnamon apples (fall/winter again). It's spring in south Florida - currently berry season & the end of citrus season. 2. I hate that they charge a 20% service charge which gets split amongst the restaurant employees and doesn't go to the server.

   Unique experience and not overdone like most celebrity venues. Loved the lobster risotto! Should have had the beef Wellington. Only down side was the loud atmosphere due to music and hard surfaces reverberating sound. Wish they had items for sale, e.g., bandanas, napkins, chef coats. Would definitely go back again.

   Excellent! Our first visit here and we were very pleased. Everything we had was delicious, the service was great and atmosphere, upbeat and pleasant. Overall, a wonderful experience, definitely recommend and will come again!
