It is a lovely restaurant to sit in. The ladies at reception are not the friendliest, borderline rude. The waiters were all lovely . We found a massive hair on my daughter’s food . It was replaced but we were still charged for it. As someone who has Trained in Hotel and Restaurant management, this was a little surprising. Happy to pay on general but this seemed a bit off. There are no kids options in the evening, which is fine given the style of restaurant but it would have been nice to have a couple if options for them .

We had an amazing experience at Hell’s Kitchen D.C. from the incredibly delicious food, exceptional service, and breathtaking views! Our young adult son, a three time brain tumor survivor, is a Gordan Ramsay super fan. After hearing about his story, the HK Team went above and beyond to make his experience incredibly special and memorable. We were so moved by the staff’s efforts and watching our son, who has been through so much, beam with happiness. We would be remiss without a special shout out to Tonya, who engaged our son in friendly conversation and treated him with kindness, dignity, and respect. We can’t thank you all enough - you are next level professionals and amazing human beings!

We had to wait for more than half an hour although we made the reservation more than 24 hours ahead of time. It was not crowded and there was plenty of empty tables. Very disappointed

Let me start this off by saying our server, Gayle, was absolutely amazing and this review is not a reflection on her. This was the worst “fine dining” experience I’ve ever had. It started with my reservation check-in. The reservation was for 6:30 and we checked in at 6:25. We were told that they were behind so it would a bit before our table was ready. How long? They couldn’t say. We were seated 30mins after my reservation. Had I wanted a 7:00 reservation, I would have made a 7:00 reservation. Once we are seated, we’re told they are out of the ribeye. They one entree I came for. How are you out what I would consider a staple for the restaurant. The we did get was good. I didn’t want anything else from the menu so ended up with a salad and macaroni and cheese. Luckily my wife was pleased with her meal. This was the first and last time dining here. Completely unacceptable, in my opinion.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at one of Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants, and it was an experience that lived up to the hype. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm yet sophisticated, with an upscale yet welcoming ambiance. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure our dining experience was exceptional. Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was crafted with precision and bursting with flavor. The Beef Wellington, one of Ramsay’s signature dishes, was cooked to perfection with a flaky pastry and a tender, flavorful center. had the filet mignon, and it was absolutely perfect. Cooked to a flawless medium-rare, the steak was tender, juicy, and full of rich flavor. Every plate was not only delicious but also presented like a work of art.
