   Food was average. I ordered the beef wellington- a signature dish. The pastry was soggy. Executive Chef - nice, but didn't seem "real". Service, generally slow. For the price, and the name, I expected higher quality.

   I was surprised how informal the restaurant was, not what I expected from what I thought was a high end streak house. The steak (filet) was good but the crabcake was not very good. There were people wearing jerseys, hoodies, and knit caps. There was a line waiting for the bathroom because people wanted to use Gordon's bathroom and not the casino bathroom. At one point a casino worker walks right through the seating area with 2 open rolls of toilet paper. Is that something Ramsay would accept? While the service was good, no one other then the waitress visited our table. I was disappointed paying 200$ and not getting a better experience.

   Our 9:15 dinner reservation on New Year's Eve was seated immediately, as we observed the bar and restaurant to be maybe at 20% capacity. We were seated and brought menus but informed immediately that it was a limited menu and that a lot of menu choices were sold out already. We have dined here before, so we know the basic menu and ordered the crab soup as usual. This bowl of crab soup costs $24 and is usually presented pretty quickly. It took an hour to receive our soup with many apologies from our server who explained that many people had called out and they were short on help. I also mentioned to him that Spinach listed on the menu was spelled Spinich, to which he laughed and walked away, but I'm not really sure if he understood what I had said. Weird that a high-class expensive restaurant can't spell a food item correctly. Our main courses came about 15 minutes later, sea bass and an 8 oz. filet. The waiter commented that the sea bass came with potato puree (mashed potatoes), but then came back later to say that my side of potato puree would be fine but that they didn't have any for the sea bass???? My husband then selected spinach for his sea bass but when they brought the entree, the waiter said they made more potato puree for him. Before the waiter brought our entrees, he brought the dessert menu and asked us to select our dessert so they could put it aside for us. I asked for cheesecake to go, as we were now there much longer than we anticipated and wanted to get home before midnight. The waiter laughed when I asked for it to go and commented that we didn't need to rush out and could eat it there! After more apologies for the food taking so long, we were presented the check and our dessert to go. Unfortunately, not the dining experience we were expecting.

   When you make reservations, you should be alerted that there is going to be a limited menu on NYE! Had our minds set on lambchops and they weren’t offered. We were offered salmon on the limited then we ordered and our waiter came back and said they were out of salmon? Settled for $41 crabcakes! Not a great evening🥲

   We were there for a business celebration & the entire staff went over the top to make sure our evening was level 10! The food was delicious & the staff was very friendly & the service was exactly what you would expect! Gordon has a great team at this location, and it shows in their delivery! Thank you again for an amazing evening! One we will not forget EVER!!

   Outstanding meal, phenomenal service from everyone we interacted with during our meal. Our expectations were high as we anticipated our first meal at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and Gordon Ramsay Steak Baltimore was even better than we expected.    This was our first experience here. Let me start by saying the service was excellent. The wait staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a most enjoyable experience. The risotto was delicious. But the main course was even better. I had a delmonico steak that was five stars along with potato puree. My wife had a filet that would absolutely melt in your mouth. We would definitely recommend Gordon Ramsay’s to anyone. Very impressed.

    Upon arrival the hostess was friendly and very welcoming as it was Christmas day. We were promptly seated and from the start of our dining experience everything from the service, to the attentive suggestions of menu options to the accommodating dietary choices that were available. We will definitely return as this was quite the memorable experience for the holiday.
