   Struggled to get on wifi to order. Order took over half an hour. Food sitting on counter for a while. Had run out of low alcohol beer. Glass of lemonade £7.50! Service charge automatically added despite service only bringing items to table. Lots of staff but no personal service. Other tables (bigger groups) seemed to have a more personal waiter service. Not one came to check everything was ok! Wouldn’t say it was a ‘wow’ burger or worth £20. Doubt we will go again. Shame as liked Gordon Ramsey street pizza places.

   Really nice burger (smash)- bit smaller than I thought it would be though. Plain Chips had slightly odd seasoning. £20 for that burger is on the high side. I’d still go back though.

   When I booked, I was asked if it was a special occasion. I noted it was my son’s 8th birthday. No one mentioned it, did anything or acknowledged it. What’s the point of asking if they are not going to do anything. The food was good, but that was all.

   Ordering on the app was very complicated - should have option to order from waiting staff especially as there's a service charge added to your bill

   Burger was really good. However the drinks are a complete rip off. £4.50 For a glass of Coke or a bottle of water is crazy plus service charge. Drinks were slow second time round. Had to wait 15-20 minutes. Burger was good. Overall average.

    We were honestly amazed how good this was considering the venue and turnaround. The staff were all lovely, turnaround time very good yet unrushed and the quality of the food frankly was outstanding. Basic food done very very well. Highly impressed! Now trying to see how I can source Koffmann’s fries for home ;-)
