We’ve been making them our way since way back in 2001. Whether we’re flame grilling the best cuts of British beef, farm fresh chicken or purely plant-based, we’re all about the flavour. Toppings, we stack them high. And Sauces, we’re famous for them.

Food was great. Only thing that wasn’t so good was the service. Had to wait ages for our drinks, and ask where they were. Not sure if they need more staff, or better staff?

Everything was great & the food was delicious particularly the burgers. However, I found the menu confusing. I asked for an extra beef patty & mine was a full sized one. Big my son who asked for 3 patties with his smashed burger found they were very thin. Apparently this is what you get with a smashed burger but this wasn’t clear on the menu.

When GBK first opened it was truly "Gourmet" burgers, the burgers was interesting and original, the burger patties were thick, juicy and tender. The fries were fresh and delicious. There used to be a queue in the evening because it was so tasty. Now there is nothing gourmet about this place, the food is double the price of the original fast food places (think Golden Arches and the one with the crown) and it's 200 times worse. The fries were old, who knows when they were cooked and the oil was rancid. The burgers were cheap and nasty. I wouldn't spent 50p eating here. Unbelievably awful experience.

Lovely staff but it was very busy. Booked her specifically for my daughter’s birthday to get a fancy milkshakes and they were not serving any so we were a little disappointed. The burgers however were amazing and the fries were cooked perfectly. Would go back.

Food good, service indifferent, and ordering is expected to be via a tablet on the table, which of course is utterly impersonal Unimpressed by stools being stacked on the bar while we were still eating.
