    Overwhelmed and overbooked. Arrived 15min early for reservation. Seated 25 min after reservation time. Could not get a drink refill. Dessert table was empty. Either not enough staff or food to keep up with refills. Wouldn’t recommend.

    One of the best holiday buffets in Pittsburgh. The food was great however nothing was labeled and no menu provided. Later to find out the filling contained nuts which I am allergic. The ingredients are not listed anywhere in person or online either. Also the placement of hot food should be rethought as its location creates long lines and traffic jams with the flow of guests. It can be difficult to navigate during peak buffet times.

    Thanksgiving buffet was terrific. The selections were wonderful. There were plenty options for every palate. The service was also good. We plan on visiting the Grand Concourse again.
