   Place was not overly busy for a Friday night and the atmosphere was great but service was overly slow with our liquor drinks our server checking back in on us. My fries were stone cold but when mentioned server she did bring out out new. First round of holiday drinks were great. Second round were terrible. The martini was undrinkable and the 2 holiday old fashions ordered were terrible tasting compared to the first one. They also did not have the ginger on sides of glass and marshmallows were hardly even charred. When we told our server she said they could make 2 more and I said that would be great and could they please make sure the ginger was on the sides this time. She said oh, we are out of the ginger. That would've been nice to know when we ordered our drinks and not …let’s just see if they notice. For the 4 in our group it was not a great experience and I felt we should’ve been greeted by a manger after our issues.

   The food wasn't very good, not a lot of choices for a buffet. The layout wasn't good. I'm not sure how their other food is but I will not be doing to the Thanksgiving buffet ever again. Waste of gas and money.

   Anticipating a nice Thanksgiving buffet. Found nothing but that. Containers empty. No sweet potatoes No rolls No salmon Green beans undercooked Corn cold Mac & cheese tasteless Turkey very little Tables with food messy, even tables with no food were disaster. serving spoons stuck together. Stuffing was dry. Not worth $3.49 let alone $34,99.

   Good variety of food for Thanksgiving Buffet. Taste was just a little better than average. Food was barely warm, lots of people leaving the warmers open. The service and price was great. We were seated on time.

   The server, Franklin, was the best. We had a large group of 20, yet he took care of everyone and made our dinner experience special. My adult children, still remembered his name the next day. Food was fair to good. Some buffet items were barely warm, others were hot. Generally the food was ok. I had a grandson with significant food allergies and work with the general manager days before about accommodations for him. The staff did not know about this and initially would not help. Franklin took care of us. This wasn’t the worst experience I ever had, but wished it could have been better.

   Staff were pleasant helpful. We expected more options on the Thanksgiving buffet and had been told there would be a salad bar. The biggest issue we had was that the food wasn’t hot, or even warm in some cases even though it was in warming trays. The quality of the food did not match the high price.

   The mashed potatoes were awesome. Only drawback was that the yummy gravy was way way far away from the potatoes on the buffet line. Our server was very attentive to our group of 12 and took great care of us. This was our second Thanksgiving at Granite City. Highly recommend.
