   Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing drink pairings. Interior and ambience of the restaurant felt a bit ironic for the level of sophistication in the food. The seating and table felt more like a quick lunch spot than fine dining, especially for a 3-4 hour experience. The electronic/ house music playlist was brutal as well, even as fans of the genre. With so many top tier qualities in Grey Sweater, the few things that weren’t to that standard definitely stand out. Great overall, the food was incredible.

   This is literally the first time I’ve ever written a review of anything or anywhere but this place definitely deserves it. I can honestly say it was hands down the best dining experience I’ve ever experienced. Everything from the waiters service to the food was top notch. The gentleman working the bar is nothing short of an artist, I never thought I’d be raving about how good a mocktail is but here I am telling you now. I can’t recommend this place enough, as a final note I’ll say this, once you dine here you’ll come to the realization that water ISNT just water.

   Wonderful time again! Clint kept us informed and the atmosphere fun and light, without being overbearing. The chef has created a beautiful menu of delectable treats found no where else in town. Can’t wait to go back!

   This was our second time visiting Grey Sweater. During our first visit we sat at a table. It was a little too quiet. We felt like we had to whisper to each other. This time we chose the counter and had a much better experience. The waitstaff and bartender took excellent care of us. The food was amazing! We opted not to do the wine pairing this time… no regrets. They do bespoke cocktails which I felt was more fun and, as it happens, less expensive. We spent around $700 after tip… two people, 10 course tasting, cocktails rather the wine pairing (first visit, we spent around $1100). We also tried a few of their water variations… this felt a bit gimmicky lol, but we enjoyed ourselves all the same. We will definitely eat there again.

   Excellent experience. Cocktails were unique and curated to our tastes. The wine selection was a perfect match with the tasting menu. The service from all the staff was outstanding.

   We ate at grey sweater last night, and to say it was an experi3nce is an understatement. We signed up for the 10 course dinner and from the start you can tell it's something special. When you set a reservation they have a liason call you and verify and then you start with preferences and allergies. When you arrive and check in, you are whisked through the black walnut to a smaller room with a bar and the area where it all happens. After being seated, your server(more like tour guide, sherpa) ours was clint who was beyond amazing, will ask your preference of water. Whether it be still or sparkling, high in minerals or not, simply amazing. The pacing of the courses is just right and the courses themselves are mind-blowing. The bartender will come and ask what your favorite drink is, and due to us not partaking in alchohol that night he came up with mocktails to match our preferences. I find it hard to believe the whisky sour and mojito he made didn't have alchohol in them! If you have around 3 or so hours and want a truly unique culinary experience then I highly reccomend grey sweater. I would reccomend however, don't starve yourself all day in excitement for the restaurant because if you have a healthy appetite you may still be a bit hungry after the event.

   Grey Sweater was wonderful. The 10 course tasting was like watching a ballet performance, as the three chefs and the five plus servers were carefully orchestrated to prepare and then serve those of us fortunate to be there on a cold winter Saturday night.

   Excellent. We are very picky. Only thing I would say, prepare for a longer evening. It is typical to wait 15-20 minutes between courses for a dinner such as this and they hit the nail on the head timing wise.
