Very lovely ambiance and service. My meal included a medium cooked steak, Mac and cheese with a cocktail . The Mac was great. My drink was delicious. The steak was overcooked..they did attempt to make it a second time but again returned it to me overcooked. I didn’t complain the second time, since it was better, but it still wasn’t medium. They claimed the ends are often cooked more…but I’ve been to many steakhouses and have never heard this. As a steak house this is certainly a faux pas. Regardless it was a nice experience-perhaps I’d go again and try another cut of steak or avoid it all together

The service was amazing, as always. Brian was our server and he went above and beyond for us. The food was utterly delicious and worth every cent. One of the best restaurants in all of California!

This place is absolutely stunning! The server, Priscilla, was incredible. She was so kind and knowledgeable, and it was an amazing experience to have her and her colleagues; Even if we weren’t their table, we would definitely come back. The food was delicious too - the bone marrow, Caesar salad, and steak were all amazing. I’m definitely coming back for my birthday!

Another delicious experience at Greystone Streakhouse! Switched up my Cocktails this time and tried the Cuban bliss and passionfruit margarita. Both equally delish! Started with tuna tartar and tasty like before. Followed by the wet aged filet medium. Added shrimp scampi, wild mushrooms with bordelaise sauce. Lingering flavors! Thank you, Sara, for red carpet treatment as always. And on your birthday working double shift. That's service and kudos!

Greystone is hands down the best steakhouse in the Gaslamp! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. Sara, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—she truly knows how to create a memorable dining experience. The highlight of the night was the Wagyu—especially the Miyazaki A5, which was melt-in-your-mouth incredible. The wine list is impressive and perfectly curated to complement their high-end meats. Whether you’re a steak connoisseur or just looking for a top-tier dinner out, Greystone never disappoints. Can’t wait to come back!
