   For what my two cents is worth, highly recommend Griddle Bar and Meathouse in Ely down the passage way next door to Boswells bakery. Beautiful steak that cut like butter, tasty sides and dessert, refreshing local lagers and great value for money. Staff are very accommodating and helpful 👍🏼

   Me and my partner visited Ely Griddle Bar & Steakhouse for the first time last night and were very pleasantly surprised! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were so lovely and attentive. The one and only small flaw I had was that I would have liked the sauce pot to be a bit bigger as I ran out pretty quickly into my meal and would like enough for my whole dinner if I’m paying £3 a pop! But other than that we had a great time and very good experience - definitely would recommend and also return! Thank you :)

   Great steaks. Didn’t have some of the steaks we wanted so we went for the Tomahawk which was very tasty but they struggled to cook it to medium, sent back once as was too rare and came back medium rare and charred on outside - given high cost steak it should be cooked as requested however it did taste nice, just bit rare for my dad. Would be helpful to know how many the sharer steaks would serve as we thought 32oz would do 3 but was really a 2 person steak. Rest of meal was lovely, just shame sides had to be eaten on own as had to wait for tomahawk. Would definitely go back but probably would stick with individual steaks like the ribeye or fillet next time. Cauliflower cheese with Stilton was gorgeous, salads and green beans were super tasty and puddings were great too. Wine was great although you don’t have a choice of wines. The ale was amazing, like a neck oil but more fruity.

   Decor was lovely, food was really lovely and chef was friendly. Food was a bit on the higher side for Ely but was overall very lovely.

   The food was incredible; service wasn’t great but I think this was down to teething problems of a new business! Will def be back again though.

   Still a fairly new restaurant and the staff are getting used to what they're doing and can be a bit slow, I must say tho the food is some of the best I've ever had absolutely outstanding I will 100% go back

   Steaks and chicken were amazing. Vegetable side dishes should have further description of what is in them- as we were surprised by some ingredients. We have no allergies tho- so didn’t ask for specifics. Service was a tat slow, and we were not asked if we wanted anything more after plates were cleared- so no pudding or coffee for us- no upsell for them. But it was only week 2 or 3
