   Took my wife for her birthday and it was an incredible experience. The food itself was amazing but the environment was phenomenal. The live mariachi, the art,everything was great. Highly recommend!

   This is a very unique eclectic restaurant. From the very vibrant colors to the music playing in the background this is a must restaurant to eat at. Our waiter was phenomenal and the food was a beautiful display of art that tasted amazing. If I’m back in town again on business, I will definitely be back.

   We were in Louisville for the weekend, and wanted a place where we could do late dinner after all our activities, and had heard good things about this place. They put us in the Alebrijes room where there was a mariachi band playing and we quickly figured out that it was the 'celebration' room as they were singing to groups celebrating birthdays, and I'd put down on our reservation we were celebrating our anniversary. We LOVE a good mariachi band (they were fantastic) and they spent about 20 minutes serenading the groups that were celebrating and then left, so it was the perfect balance of enjoying them, but not have them playing through our entire meal. The food and drinks were fantastic - husband had a beer and I had a one of the delicious mezcal drinks, and we started with sharing the duck confit flautas, which was such a high-end twist on one of my favorite Mexican dishes. Then husband had the enchiladas enmoladas and I decided on the birria tacos, which were among the best I've ever tried. I would happily return to experience the other themed rooms and more of their food on our next trip to Louisville.

    Very loud restaurant. Food, atmosphere, and service is great, but with live music being sang to you at your personal table along with yelling from other customers, I found myself having to stop mid conversation with my partner multiple times due to them not being able to hear me. It felt more like a live concert than a restaurant. I’d recommend for big groups or parties, maybe not so much a date spot
