Everything was horrible! The food tasted bad, the wait staff couldn’t be worse, the singer (not band as promised) sang terrible off key and the ambiance left a lot to be desired.

A friend of mine recommended this place , I love Cuban food and was willing to try it . My overall experience was good but not amazing . Would I be back that’s too be determined . But try it out if you want to mix it up a bit .

I read great reviews but wouldn’t go back. The food was ok, which isn’t fair to judge because everyone has different tastes but beer wasn’t really cold, I get it’s a hot day but this is an indoor place. The air conditioner didn’t work and it was super hot. The waiter was nice but dripping in sweat which concerned me when bringing the food. I wouldn’t go back.

I was actually really looking forward to trying this restaurant out but very disappointed with actually going there. The food was best “ok”. Music do loud you can’t even hear on another talk. The service was at best “ok” again.

First time I visited the queens Forrest hills location and I was surprised it was a slow day because the Manhattan location is always packed but the food was amazing and our server was fantastic she was so friendly and took care of us really well she’s really great!!! We will be back for sure

They charge 4% for using credit card and the suggested gratuity is on top of taxes and credit card fees. Should I pay tips on taxes and credit card fees? The food is tasty but the overall experience is just so so.

We love coming to this restaurant for its lively atmosphere and wonderful staff. Even on a busy Valentines Day, we were seated right away. Excellent dinner and live music, highly recommend this spot.
