Welcome to Guy Fieri's El Burro Borracho, or the Drunken Donkey in its literal translation, where no detail is overlooked. Voted 2020 Best Mexican Food and Best Margarita in Laughlin, enjoy Mexican dishes familiar to those north of the border – tacos, enchiladas, burritos, fajitas and more – but created in a traditional style familiar to folks south of the border, and then blended with upscale touches and flair from what you would expect from Guy Fieri.

Start with a signature Cadillac Margarita or Pineapple Habanero Margarita and some trash can nachos.

    Guacamole and chip sauce was awesome. Rest of food very good Mexican flavor. Portions fair. Golden margarita was tasty but lacked booze, disappointing.

    Terrible experience. If you think going in. It’s going to be a cool place to eat. Forget that thought. It’s just an open cafeteria style restaurant. The food not great either. I’ve had better at Taco Bell. I was really excited about going. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Guy has made no effort in this place. Keep judging other people’s food because your place sucks

    The food was definitely not what I thought the trash can Hodges were the best part. We also ordered a chimichanga, no good i had the fish tacos. They were dry or at least the fish was again. No good.

    Food was horrible. Dry and tasteless. Was there once before and was disappointed but figured we’d try it again. This time was worse. Would not go back. Guy should be embarrassed to put his name to this restaurant. Sad to say that Chili’s food was better and that’s not saying much. Guy should have a talk to his chef and teach him how to cook. Awful experience and I won’t make that mistake again.
