   The restaurant is new so unfortunately they have kinks to work out. We ordered an appetizer on the specials menu and one off the regular menu and it took over20 minutes to get it and that is asking the manager to check on it for us. I ordered two amaretto sour drinks and when the bill came I saw I was charged for two Disaronno shots and then an additional $2 per drink for sour mix . $13 for a mediocre drink . Not happy. We may be back when it's warmer out to sit outside . The bar stools are just wooden and not comfortable at all. And with nothing to absorb the sound on a Saturday night for a small space it was incredibly echoey and loud.

   My husband and I had a great experience at Gypsum Grill. The food was incredible, and we commented several times how it's a hidden gem on the northwest side. We split the Sticky Shrimp (I am hungry for it now as I think of it), and then we split the special of the day which was a delicious braised bork belly with fried polenta (sorry that I don't remember the name at the moment) dish. Wow! Beautiful presentation of both. Additionally, Ian was our server. He was professional, attentive, and excited to be working at Gypsum Grill. He made great recommendations. Thanks, Ian, for making date night a great one.

   Food wasn’t great but the service was very good. Seems like they are trying too hard to be an upscale restaurant destination when they could get it really right by being what they have the potential to be, a quality local dining spot at a golf course.

   We took our two adult children to celebrate our anniversary. Complementary champagne for all! The food was good. Service started out good, but they didn’t clear our plates when done, and we had to flag down our waiter for the bill. Prices were what we expected. A bit noisy.

   Great food and service. Everyone understands our large family group loved their meals. Beautiful location too. Will definitely be back!

   We had the best dinner at Gypsum Grill!!! The Sticky Shrimp is amazing and we order it every time we go back. We also order something new each time we dine there. The Tinga Flatbread was unique and delicious. Absolutely EVERY TIME we get the food it is beautifully-presented and tastes absolutely FANTASTIC. Everything appears and tastes gourmet. Wow! Nice work over there!!! We will definitely be back again soon. The wait staff was helpful and professional, yet friendly. Ian was our server (he is also a frog specialist at the Zoo, which is cool) and was so attentive and really knows the restaurant, the specials, the drink specials and ingredients... everything. Way to go, Ian and company.

    This was our third visit since they opened. Service was great. Food has been great also. Can’t wait for summer as the outside area is a beautiful setting.
