The quality of the food was excellent as always, but the quality of the service was very poor this time. This was the 10th time we visited this place, and I have never encountered such poor service in all my time there.

Love Gyu-Kaku, the preset meals offer a great selection and the staff is always on top of making sure the meats keep coming. It is a big hit amongst my friends and I, always recommend.

Food is excellent, always has been and this was no different. My experience this time that may separate this dining experience was the staff was absolutely phenomenal. Marco ou r server was amazing, and his team backing him up made sure we were well taken care of. I found 1 dish was cold and when I mentioned it they immediately replaced it with a fresh dish. Great job last night, really made it a great Father’s Day. Thank you and see you soon

The food and service was great! Joseph our server was attentive and very helpful. We did the fixed price menu and if was more than enough for 2 people. The s’mores for dessert was great too to end a great meal!!

We celebrated Mother's Day Dinner here today and we really enjoyed our experiences. The food was great, atmosphere was lovely and the service was exceptional. I've never had a server provide me with cooking tips, first time, it was nice. My and wife daughter had a great time and it was also our daughter's first time to a Japanese BBQ and she had a great experience as well. We'll be returning soon
