   Exceptional service, staff pays attention to guests and their choice of cooked meat, our table was Med. rare and sometime the lamb or filet server would pass our table because it was for well done tables. Our table was replenish often, staff engaged and check in regularly. Dinner price is on the high end, I like the Vegetarian price ($33.) . I also like the AYCD ($25.) for wine and beer or ($29.) for wine and cocktails. The website is informative and I use Open Table to booked resv/. Kudos to Jessica whom answered the phone and change my mind to come and try H&H.

   The value is quite low. Price wise, you just don't get much here, and the meat is not that good.

   Loved the vibe. Not too loud, not to quiet. Just right if your going to enjoy your time with loved ones. Everyone was attentive and polite. Will be coming back

   I've been to many brazilian steak houses, but unfortunately this one, I won't be coming back. Our main waitress was rude and lacked a lot of customer service skills. Secondly if I am paying full price, I should be able to try all the meats that are available. Which this wasn't the case. The best cuts only made it to our table ones. Then we waited 30 min for the pineapple. They kept telling us it that they had told the staff and it should make our way to us. We got tired of waiting and decided to just leave. Not to mentioned the fact that I wasn't allowed to pay the $25 for all you can drink, since I wanted my drink without any alcohol. Overall I won't be coming back.

   Overall it was a nice experience. Unfortunately the sides weren't very good and the service was slow. Definitely didn't get our monies worth. Two people with one drink each was over $200 and they add employee benefits tax. We liked Fago de Chao better.

   This was our first time visiting this restaurant and it did not disappoint. The wait staff was on top of things and the Meat Men were on the spot when needed. The interior was nice a comfortable. I look forward to returning....

   Great service, food was awesome, tasty and no lagging bringing the meat around. All of the servers were friendly & courteous. Mgmt came around to check on us and asked if we needed anything. They were super friendly as well. The salad bar area had great salads and offerings. There was just enough to offer and not as elaborate as some others. That’s ok because we were there for the churrasacaria! Highly recommend this location. We had a better experience compared to DTLA location.

   The servers and staff overall were fantastic and rescued the dining experience from having to wait for the rounds of meat. Could improve a little in having separate groups working in separate areas as we did wait close to 30 mins for more steak while the big parties in the front got all of it.

    The host needs to learn to multitask or at least say hello to people and look up from the screen. If someone is sitting at the bar the bartenders as well should at least greet guests. The servers were fantastic but I think the three tables next to me and I asked for lamb for over an hour. Saw the same two Meats go by 10 times. Salad bar was too small, crowded, and not great choices. Would like to go back on a normal weekday to see the difference but with plenty of open tables, I’m confused on what happened today.
