   We had a reservation for 4 people at 7:30. Place was PACKED (good for you) with 20 people standing in the lobby when we arrived and checked in at 7:15 and went to the bar. While at the bar we had to get bumped every 2 minutes with staff going by to service the tables too close to the bar. I went to the front desk at 7:40, 7:50 and 8:05 to see what was going on and each time the lady was polite but told us another 10 minutes each time. Finally got seated at 8:15 for our 7:30 rez. Once seated the staff was amazing, food spectacular and had a wonderful dinner, a couple bottles of wine and desert. There must have been 150 people working their butts off which really was amazing. Problem was we felt like H&W were more concerned with packing the place in with whoever they could, but the overall experience was that for the $1,000 we spent it wasn't worth the price. Go to Hals, Little Alley, Arnettes and make a rez and see if you wait till 8:15 to be seated.

   Have both reservations for a party at six for my birthday. There was no long wait once we got to the restaurant. The ambience was spectacular. The live music was so good. The musician was multitalented playing piano and guitar. Our servers were Richard and Samuel. They were phenomenal as well as the young lady who was like the table host. The food was so good. It was a great temperature and moist. Although I don’t eat any steak, I ordered the sauce for chicken, which could see cliché however it was amazing and juicy. The sides are shareable. This was an amazing birthday dinner. I will never forget.

   Food and ambiance were good. Resturant seems to over book their reservations. It took 20min to be seated even with a reservation. There were large groups standing around waiting to be seated the whole time which made the resturant very very crowded.

   They messed up me and my husband steak twice we reserved and still stood for 25 minutes after waiting on the table and the food is not worth the money they are charging and they also almost charged us for three steaks when we only had two.

   The experience was great from the moment we walked in the door. The hostess, service staff was amazing. The interior design ambiance and vibe was great. The food was really good, my favorites were the crab cake and lobster Mac and cheese.

   By far the best steak I’ve ever eaten!!! Meet my expectations on all levels. Service was excellent and very attentive! My comparison in regards to another Steak house in Atlanta (Bones Steak House) , however, HW is currently on a level of greatness by themselves. Definitely will be back. When I want a good steak definitely will be HW. Thanks

   My husband and I went to H&W to celebrate his birthday. Overall it was an amazing experience! My biggest complaints were related tot he ambiance. I think our tables were too close together. We sat across from the bar. It was a bit awkward at times. I also think the restaurant was very loud! It was often hard to hear my husband during our conversation. Other than that it was so good. I would deal with both of those issues to enjoy dining there again!

    Xayley was great and friendly. :) you’ll understand if you meet her. Steaks cooked great. Caviar bites I wish were warmer and martinis were spot on. I was not a fan of the elevated two person table. Chairs were not comfortable for a long term/full meal.
