   A magical dining experience overlooking Puerto Vallarta Centro. Filet mignon is worth the price. Menu prices are on par with other high-end PV restaurants we have visited, but the quality, ambience and view, combined with the musical depth and talent of the mariachi band (trumpet, violins, guitars), took it to another level.

   We are regulars at the Hacienda. Unfortunately, this time service was lacking. We repeatedly had to ask for mimosas, coffee and la cuenta.

I am very sorry that you did not have the service we both expect of the Hacienda. I will address this with the team so that it doesn't happen again.    Hacienda San Angel Gourmet is an absolute gem in Puerto Vallarta. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning Spanish colonial architecture and breathtaking rooftop views of Banderas Bay. The ambiance is romantic and elegant—perfect for a special evening. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring every detail was perfect. The highlight of our night, however, was the mariachi band. Their performance was nothing short of symphonic—one of the best we’ve encountered in our travels. The food was equally impressive, with fresh, expertly prepared dishes that showcased both local flavors and international influences. From start to finish, this was an unforgettable dining experience. If you’re in Puerto Vallarta, Hacienda San Angel is a must-visit.
