this was our second time at Hakkasan in NYC and again it was a great experience. the food is always exceptional, the service is attentive and the noise level is a bit extreme.

Pricey Chinese fare that I have enjoyed more at Tao. Interesting cocktails and very good service. The food is good but some of the entrees could have been better. The duck seemed " mushy" and the I think the dough on some of the dim sum was overcooked. Great ribs and dumplings though. Vegetarian dishes were good but nothing "wow" about them.

This is one of the worst Hakkasan locations I have ever been to. Location near Time Square is just terrible. Enormous restaurant, completely empty on a Thursday night! Zero ambiance, just dead inside and the staff shows that same dead “can’t wait to close early” face. Would never come back to this location.

Good set menu however dessert was disappointing. It was a fruit platter similar to what you get at buffet breakfasts.
