   The restaurant was prepped for Valentine’s Day and balloons kept falling down from the ceiling. Kind of annoying. Food is Very Expensive for what you get. 3 of us one person had soup, one has a dinner salad and tar tar and one special. Final bill with tip was $200. I will just have breakfast in the future

   I had a delightful business lunch at Local Jones. The greek salad is highly recommended. Our server paid attention to our table well, even if he was a bit awkward about things like interrupting our conversation.

   We brunched as a group looking to catch up. The noise level from live music & recorded music was much too loud. This was our 2nd time at Local Jones. We did a late afternoon business lunch where the noise level wasn’t a factor. Why they don’t better manage the noise level for Brunch is a mystery.

   This has got to be one of the best meals we have ever had. Everything was absolutely wonderful...do not miss out on the Milk & Cookies. One of the best desserts I have had. Service was amazing!!! Local Jones will be a stop Everytime we are in Denver!

   Ultra hip setting. Fun and trendy. Order a nice cocktail, or mock tail, or bubbles, and enjoy the ambience. Definitely a fun place for brunch.

   Experienced the holiday tea on the last day it was offered as a way to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Our family enjoys teas. The noise level was the first thing we noticed as a DJ was located next to the host station. It didn’t suit the tea vibe. For lunch/dinner, it was ok provided you’re seated close together to hear the conversation. The restaurant decor was very nice; however, the chairs were too short and table heights were too tall for me at 5’5”. It made for an awkward feel for myself and young son. The tea menu was presented and three tea options were no longer available. As these options were the most unique, they were the ones we had most wanted to try when we checked the menu days prior. That was really disappointing. We don’t go to teas to drink run of the mill tea that can be ordered anywhere, especially at $60/person. My son has a tree nut allergy which the waiter asked about. That was nice because it’s still rare to be asked proactively. Based on my previous review of the menu, the offerings appeared to be fine for him. The waiter said he’d double check with the chef. The response came back negative for tree nuts. The waiter volunteered to nevertheless notate the allergy for our assurance. How embarrassing for the waiter when one of the first food items of the tea was a hazelnut shortbread cookie (not on the original menu). It didn’t register to him that hazelnut is a tree nut so I had to mention it. He handled the situation well by having the food replated but it was irritating that it happened at all after so much communication about the allergy. Further, there was no alternative replacement for the item. The food was tasty! Even better that we were able to request more of the savory options. The tea was mediocre. Overall, this tea experience was not worth the price. I’d rather go to Babe’s Tea for the splurge. No apologies, no comps and no recognition of the special occasion left me underwhelmed. Doubtful we’ll return for a regular meal.
