   Like the food and service, however don’t like being nickel and dimed. A service charge for the use of a credit card, a service charge for the sidewalk…yes, the sidewalk, and a service charge for the kitchen staff.

   Another delightful brunch at Local Jones. Service and food were great, as always. Love that they keep their menu small and execute perfectly every time.

   My friend and I experienced the Spring Tea. The host seemed less than amused at our arrival - which was on time. Even with a reservation - I had to confirm 2 separate times days in advance - it seemed as if our presence was an annoyance. We waited for five minutes even though we were the only ones at the check in stand. We paid $160 for premade refrigerated sandwiches, two tea options, and dry scones with a few other options. Not worth the money in our opinions. There was a non service dog that was allowed to sit inside and it barked countless times. The waitress was the best part of our experience.

   Overall it was really fun to try out a new brunch spot outside of our neighborhood. We enjoyed ourselves with yummy food, a quiet table in the corner and wonderful service. We were surprised to see a big dog come in and sit under their table with barking and eating off of the floor as they gave the dog some bacon?! I’m allergic to dogs and thought only service animals would be allowed inside the restaurant even though they allow dogs in the hotel next door. Our server was thoughtful enough to say she could talk to her manager and I let her know since we were leaving she didn’t need to address it for our sake right away. I hope this can be enforced and clearly written in the expectations of dining at this restaurant so we could comfortably return. Thanks, A brunch lover patron

   We really enjoyed our dinner. The staff was extremely attentive and the ambience was just great. The food was very tasty and we enjoyed everything we had. In particular the Caesar salad was one of the best I’ve had anywhere; the dressing was light and tasty with just the appropriate amount of dressing. The lettuce was crisp and fresh and I was really quite impressed with this. I’ve been to many restaurants but the exceptional preparation of the Caesar salad and the ingredients were truly worth mentioning. The pasta dish was excellent. It was cooked perfectly and the flavors were subtle but quite impressive and enjoyable. The  chocolate chip cookies were really excellent and a great finale to the meal.

    Celebrated a friends birthday with a group of girlfriends and had the best time. They took such great care of us. The service and food was outstanding. We will definitely be back!
