   Food is good. We have been to this restaurant many times. Music is always loud and people at tables talking louder! Our latest visit found gristle in both hamburgers ordered, couldn’t even bite through it. Not pleasant.

   Drink menus were so worn you couldn't read them, even asked for a new one and she brought us another one you couldn't read...so we didn't order drinks. Food and service were great even if the location is super tiny and you feel like sardines all packed in.

   We had reservations and when we got there we were seated right beside the door and it was extremely cold. There were empty tables on the others side of the restaurant , we asked to be moved and were told we could not. Those tables sat empty the entire time we were there. It was so cold that we had contemplated leaving but I was so hungry. Food and service were great, but very upset about our seating experience.

   Hambrgr on King William was our favorite burger joint and between this location and the Crown Point location we have been customers for many years. Last few times the restaurant was noticeably quiet with few customers, which is always a concern. The last time prior to this visit they had changed the menu and removed some of their best burgers (514, Blues Your Daddy, and one or two others). This visit they had made some more changes and we had hopped for the better. Three of us ordered the smash patty special for the week which was a spicy burger with jalapeños & spicy bacon pictured in this review. One burger was the Biggie Mac. Some of us ordered the parmesan fries and others the side of poutine. The fries and poutine were excellent as always. Our son enjoyed the Biggie Mac. The three smash burgers were barely edible. All three smash burgers very way too spicy (no warning that the burgers would be like suicide wings) and the bacon was not only spicy but tasted like eating a full shaker of salt. My wife removed the jalapenos and bacon and managed to finish her burger. Our older son managed to eat his burger and removed some of the toppings, I did not finish my burger as it was truly disgusting. We told the waiter and got an apology and he said he told the chef. We will find another burger joint where the "chef" has taste buds. I vote with my feet so we wont be visiting again.

    First time bringing the family and they loved it. Everything was great - service was all good. Highly recommend checking it out.
