   I met someone for lunch here on a Sunday. The service was outstanding. Anton was our waiter, and he was knowledgeable, attentive, and prompt. The chef personally delivered part of our lunch. My luncheon guest complained about the food not being hot enough. I had cold food, so no complaints. I had the garden salad which could have been served on a larger plate, but, was very fresh and delicious. Overall, really enjoyed the meal.

   I wanted to love everything about our experience at Hank’s. The atmosphere was great. I had a white wine and my partner had their take on an espresso martini. He got the swordfish, I got the seafood a la wando, and we split the crabcakes. Everything was delicious! However, our waiter was absolutely terrible. He was condescending towards only me (a woman). Took my plate away while I was still eating, and did not check on us during our entire meal. It made the entire experience a bit sour. We want to return but we will certainly ask to not be in this waiter’s section.

   Very nice before hockey game light dinner. Service was excellent, courteous, and professional from Neal. Oysters were excellent, particularly the group from PEI. Gem Salad was delightful and plenty for two. Ceviche and crudo were fine, but we will both choose more distinctive alternatives next time. All told, very good light dinner. We will return for real dinners and for the Happy Hour menu pre-game.

   I have been to this restaurant 2-3 times now and have always found it to have excellent food, ambiance, and bar service!

   Excellent food and service (waiter was Russell). We had asked for a quiet table, but a large group nearby was quite noisy. We’ll be back.

   I have been to Hanks twice and while the food was excellent both times the service wasn’t. During my most recent visit with a girlfriend I experienced a drastic decrease in service than when I visited with my husband which was disappointing. We were not given any explanation of the menu, recommendations, asked about allergies even though it was noted on the reservation, and had to ask to place our entree order. The vibes were off - oof.

   We enjoyed our experience for our anniversary. crab soup is wonderful and full of crab chunks. The oysters Rockefeller were just ok not great. We had the gem salad which was delicious. The ceviche was kinda bland. We will go back but I prefer sitting in the bar lounge area instead and happy hour has great prices and menu. The dining area is much louder than the lounge.

   Hanks was amazing and Kyle was awesome. We had the pork chop, scallops, and fried chicken. Every dish was seasoned well and we left feeling very satisfied
