Food was wonderful!!! Service was lacking Was given a happy hour menu and told since it was before 6 I could order off the menu since it was 5:45 Waiter came over 10 minutes after seated said I had four minutes and make it fast no chit chat and left Basically ignored us since we did order off the menu Did not give my drink happy hour pricing and refused to change said it was too late I ordered before 6! Said I should have known! Made me feel embarrassed and shamed me! So sad! The food was amazing but service was abysmal Never been treated so poorly For prices like this service is not up to standards of a quality restaurant

Seated at a table in the bar next to the door, which was absolutely too busy and the AC did not appear to work in that area very effectively. Food that night was mediocre at best and my three other dining companions agreed wholeheartedly. Food took an enormously long time to arrive, which may be due to the fact that this table was maybe too far from the kitchen for anyone to pick up the order. This was our second visit and we will not be back.

The food was good but not good enough that I would go out of my way to eat at Hank's again. My husband ordered the grouper and the rice it was served on was cold. The service was efficient but the servers lacked any personality. Not just our server but all the servers in our area. We were not there during a busy time but the only smile was from the hostess upon arrival and exit.
