   What a horrible meal. It’s extremely overpriced dim sum. The service was horrific, and the food disappointing. The moment we sat down, they asked us what we wanted to eat. We said we needed a minute with the menu and the waitress rolled her eyes and said “we are very busy!” We had literally just sat down and not even opened the menus yet. We were only given two menus for six people, and when we asked for more she sighed heavily and never came back with them. The food itself was horrible. Everything was overcooked and the sauces tasted burned. The most disappointing dish, the Dungeness crab, was fried so much that it completely disintegrated the meat that should’ve been inside the shell. I expected decent service and a decent meal, yet we received neither.

   Baked black cod was excellent. Fried food (both the oysters and squid) was over-battered, overcooked and greasy.

   Fresh and well prepared Chinese food in a spectacular location. The entry to the restaurant is on the second floor if you approach it from the Embarcadero. Approaching from Drumm St. it is at street level. We were seated promptly, and ordered right away. You actually cant see a harbor from the main floor, but they did have a nice view of the Ferry Building. We noted several private rooms for groups and parties which looked interesting. Food notes: The salad (for two), can actually serve 3 and was fantastic. Fresh, cold, and delicious. The pot stickers were the best I've ever had...(not exaggerating), we even ordered it again mid meal. The shrimp and vermicelli was tasty. The glass noodles were perfectly prepared. One thing I was unaccustomed to was the unpeeled, shrimp that were not de-veined. They were very hot, and with only chopsticks, were damn near impossible to peel at the table. I could not stomach the idea of eating them shell-on, so I worked on peeling them but it was a bit of a mess.

   Worst dining and dim sum experience. Food was horrible…temperature was cold, most of the dishes were over seasoned, and just tasted bad. The service was remarkable in the total lack of attention, courtesy, and speed. They allowed a couple to bring in their pet dog, seated the dog in the char at the table, and served water in a bowl on the table for the dog. Filled with deep regret and bad dim sum. Just don’t.

   Food is always delicious. Staff is attentive. It’s a bit noisy but they are always busy.

   It is always a wonderful experience to eat here since you see San Francisco at its best! The food is very good as always, service was a bit slow but it was fine. I love taking my relatives here for a special occasion!

   This was to be a grandmother's 79th birthday dinner, but we arrived to a noisy banquet across the room, and were given fairly rushed, impersonal service, with no special note of it being a special occasion for us, even though we had indicated so in the reservation. The food was average, although the dark Century Egg was intriguing. We left after the main course to celebrate elsewhere.

   Beautiful food that tastes clean and natural for Chinese food. Some places use too much bottled sauces and msg to enhance flavor. Harborview uses a little less so the natural taste of the ingredients comes through.
