Always love to visit a HRC. Decided to come to Piccadilly as it was our anniversary and we were going to see a show. We felt it fitting as we visited HRC Honolulu on our honeymoon 6 years ago. The staff are always great and the atmosphere and memorabilia is amazing.

Useally it’s quite quite a nice experience to have eating in a hard rock restaurant with ether a band / singer playing or it’s the music being played around the restaurant at a very reasonable volume so you can still hear each other talking. However this time I went they had this DJ playing this dreadful electronic dance music which just sounded like the same song over and over but the worst part was the music was pumped so loud I and the people I was with could barely hear what they were saying or what the server was saying. As someone with autism this was a very overwhelming experience and it would have been useful to know this before going down to the restaurant. I will say things got much better once he finally stopped playing and everything went back to normal. This was definitely the worst experience I’ve had at a hard rock restaurant from a vibe perspective but I will just add that everything else was completely normal and was the great experience I usually get.

Dear Tom, We would like to thank you for your feedback and apologize for giving you a reason to complaint. I am sorry to hear that you felt the music was a little too loud. Music is a big part of the Hard Rock Cafe experience but we would not like for this to impact guest conversation levels. We often have live music and DJs playing at the cafe. If you contact us prior making a booking we will be more than happy to advise before hand. We would always encourage guests to let a member of staff or management know if they are unhappy with any aspect of their visit and we will always endeavor to rectify this at the time. Tried to get a table on the first night and had to wait but in the end, we decided to book and go back on the second night so if you want to come, I would definitely book. We were treated well by staff, they really helped with everything from drinks recommendations to directions around the restaurants. The food was delicious, as were the drinks and I love the concept of being able to buy the glasses, me and my friend both purchased one. Would recommend this to everyone.

First time at the Hard Rock cafe, we absolutely loved it, the place was buzzing, food was lovely and staff energetic and attentitive, a great experience, would highly reccommend!
