    Table reserved was very small between concrete walls. No place to move at all. After calling service we‘ve got another table with more space. It takes 25 minutes to receive drinks. Starters come with the drinks at the same time. No questions about another order. after the starters we paid an left the restaurant. 1st and last time there.

    the first cocktail i got was the wrong one. also there was no hard rock at the hard rock cafe. not even a single song. it was not even rock. it was only electronic music the whole night. that was very disappointing for all of us.

    Ordered from the festive menu, big mistake ! The festive salad was swimming in balsamic, the strawberries were cut so small you could barely see them. My cranberry burger was Luke warm and chips same and over cooked, it was basically cranberry sauce from a jar spread over the burger. The steak was very fatty half was left on the plate, the menu said nothing about mushrooms but the sauce came with them anyway, so that was scrapped off the steak. The server did offer to warm my food up !! YUKKK this is a big NO should have offered fresh one ! They took £10 off the £84 bill (we had a Guinness and Festive cocktail) We go to every Hard Rock cafe when in a new city and this has to be THE worst one ever !
