Not really fare to rate Harley’s food, service, or atmosphere based on New Year’s Eve … Harley’s is always great but last night the menu was a 3 course prix fixed dinner and the joint was jumping so louder than usual. Harley’s is always a great time!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
