    We were returning to Harriman’s and looking forward to an item they is listed ON THE MENU! When we arrived were informed that the last piece had been sold the previous day. It is a regular item on the menu! Sold out? We pivoted to other choices which were okay. The service was sketchy. Will we return? Not in the foreseeable future. Not worth the cost nor the uncertainty that the menu items will be available.

    I had an important meal at this restaurant—my father was meeting my boyfriend for the first time, so the stakes were high. Unfortunately, the experience started off on the wrong foot. When I asked for directions to the restaurant, I was simply pointed in the general direction rather than walked to the location. This led to confusion, and I ended up asking a second person for help to find it. Upon my parents arrival, things didn’t improve. My stepmom asked where the restaurant was located , and no one seemed to know what she was talking about. After some more confusion, I had to walk outside and locate them myself. Once seated, we noticed a glass of water that had clearly been used already sitting on our table, and one of the silverware settings was dirty. These small but important details really stood out, especially for a special occasion like this. That said, once the food arrived, it was absolutely fantastic—full of flavor and well-prepared. It's just a shame that the attention to detail in the service didn’t match the quality of the food. With a bit more care, this could have been a great experience.

    Service was VERY slow and the food was okay. Would have enjoyed the salad more without sugar added to the peanuts and dressing. Same with sauce for Brussel sprouts. No sugar is needed. The bread roll was cold and like a rock. As a vegan the options were very poor. Sadly high end restaurants don’t cater to vegans.

Claudia's service and vibrant personality truly elevate the dining experience. She has a way of making each visit memorable with her warm approach and attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Her consistency in delivering outstanding service speaks volumes about her dedication, and we leave each time with a smile, thanks to her efforts.     Most of what we ordered, was good.. Unfortunately, the menu didn’t offer many options that appealed to us (and we love food) The best thing I ordered was the beet salad and a side of wee potatoes. We canceled our reservation for tonight and will be going some place different

    If I could add more stars to service, I would. Oscar took great care of us and made sure we had a fabulous dinner.
