Extremely friendly place kudos to the staff there - set menu comes with Prosecco. Food was alright - some choices better than the others (fish and chips was mediocre), the ice cream box was a must order for kids and was fun for the whole family.

The staff were great and very helpful. Having been to Jason Atherton restaurants before, I had high expectations on the food. We all ordered the Sunday roast. It was very average. The beef was good. The potatoes were more like boiled potatoes vs roast potatoes. The veg was over cooked. Disappointed as the food was not great but make worse as we expect better for the chef owner

The food profoundly lacked flavour! The starters need to be re-thought. I had the trout and my partner the tomatoes salad. The chicken mains was decent and was massively saved by the truffle sauce. It was NOT worth the money spent!!!!

There was no record of the 40% off of food offer we had taken up, which made it awkward at payment time. The table behind us had the same issue. Food was excellent and service was great, but the atmosphere was nonexistent as there were only two other tables with people at them when we were there and so it looked a bit like an airport restaurant.

This is our third visits in three months. The food is outstanding. Some will say it is not value for money, all I can say is you get what you for quality.

It’s our third time at the restaurant and every time we have been impressed with the food. I really enjoyed my meal and Pollen Street Social so wanted to try this casual dining at Harrods.

service was a little off/inattentive. caesar salad, mac cheese & social club sandwich perfection. triple cooked chips a little soggy and more like chip shaped roast potatoes. glass of chardonnay perfect.
