   I've visited Harry's several times over the years, with high expectations for our anniversary dinner. Unfortunately, there were several misses: Seating: We requested a window seat, but due to the rain, we were placed on the covered patio. While understandable, the area was filled with smokers, making it unbearable. We had to wait at the bar to be reseated. Wine Selection: For a steakhouse, the wine by the glass was surprisingly limited. Moreover, the pour was only half the standard size at a price for a full glass, which felt misleading. Service: The waitstaff was attentive, but the timing was off. We received complimentary champagne and a large cotton candy only after we had finished our dessert and asked for the check, which didn't suit our preferences or the moment. Food: The steaks were good, not exceptional, but solid. The rest of the meal was also satisfactory. Overall, while Harry's has potential, for a special occasion, I'd recommend checking out Fontina at Kempinski across the street or Ilios, another restaurant by the same group owning Harry's. Rating: 4/5- Good, but needs to elevate its game for the price.

   Absolutely horrible experience at your restaurant tonight. Our fourth and utterly disappointing experience. We loved everything about the place until tonight. The rain cover on the deck leaked soaking my shirt and pants We were moved to another table things seemed better. Then the king crab came and it was horribly over cooked. We commented to the manager who took it away saying he would ask the chef. We never heard from him again. When the bill came, we still had the crab on the bill. I asked for the manager and when he returned, he claimed the chef said it was fine. If this is so, why was my meal not returned to the table? (It was not fine, it was extremely dry and over cooked and one crab leg did not even have any meat in it) At 140 US $ this is completely unacceptable. This is very poor service and has convinced us Harry’s is no longer a fine dining experience. Just over priced. We will be telling everyone we know about this experience. Before tonight, we called harrys cancun one of the best restaurants in the world. We will not do so anymore

   Our burgers were not very good. The rolls were terrible and the French fries were cold. We asked for sautéed onions and were given a small container with what were onions in juice. For a high end and pricey restaurant, it was a disappointment. We were there last Christmas as well and it wasn’t good either. We gave it another try but same result.

   This was such a great dinner. We went on Christmas Day and from the beginning, the service was impeccable. The price matched the quality of the food and service.
