   Eye wateringly expensive but good decent quality food. Overpriced but at least product isn’t a disaster. It’s a big noisy room. Overpriced for its mass market product. Service efficient but without character. If it was 30% cheaper it would be good. Suggest going on evenings where you can bring your own wine to make it more reasonable,

   This is our third visit to Hawksmoor and we have never been disappointed. The service and attention to detail shown by all staff members together with their friendliness and helpful manner is truly wonderful and makes you feel really comfortable and welcomed. We both made the same meal choice - of potted beef and Yorkshire pudding followed by a rump steak with beef dripping chips, pepper sauce and buttered vegetables. The stater was extremely generous in size and delicious. Probably not the way to eat in a restaurant, but we both tucked in and tore the Yorkshire's apart by hand before loading them with shredded beef - wonderful, truly wonderful. Our steaks followed and were cooked to perfection as were the beef dripping chips and the buttered vegetables. First class Hawksmoor - we will be back!

   Great food, great service. Our waiter - I think his name was Adeel? Was very attentive and friendly! The sommelier was great as always, I believe her name is Maria - she’s always super knowledgeable!

   Expected great things but whole experience was pretty mediocre. Despite asking for wine advice received zero to help us choose. Chose a £60 bottle (not the cheapest but not expensive there) and it was not great or anything like what we wanted, so we obviously chose the wrong one. Got poured in to the every day pub like glasses already on the table whereas I would have expected a red to be in the appropriate glass?! Food was good but not fantastic, and only just hot enough, depending on what you ate -we’ve had better at a local pub. The gravy is amazing, but when we asked for extra we got one tiny jug between 4 of us! Service was ok but not special at all and felt a bit rushed. It was my birthday and they piped happy birthday in chocolate but the candle they put in my pudding had gone out. I had to ask for it to be relit. Puddings were lovely though. We spent £356 for 4 adults with no starters, a roast each, a few extra side dishes, the one bottle of wine, 2 beers and a dessert each. We were left underwhelmed and disappointed having expected an experience to remember. Won’t visit again.

   I always feel with Hawksmoor on a Sunday that they rush things. The food comes so quickly that you barely have time to enjoy your aperitif which is annoying. Literally we were done eating within an hour of our table booking which is annoying, I would like a more relaxed experience if possible.

   Amazing food and service. The host and servers were polite and ambiance was fantastic. Food was brilliant. Portions are good and amazing combinations. We will be back for more.
