   Expensive.Starters - crab, smoked salmon, beetroot starters were excellent. Burger 8/10. Ribeye steaks perfectly cooked but a bit over salted. New potatoes and chips excellent. Mushrooms 7/10.

   We had a lovely evening at Hawksmoor, this was a return visit after a less successful one in December. The food was excellent and the service was perfect, thanks to all the team. The room must be the grandest in Dublin, a real pleasure to visit.

   Beautiful building and good first impression. Was a little disappointed to start with as they didn’t have any chicken and didn't let us know until we were ready to order but were very helpful in offering an alternative. This meal was for my 30th birthday and they went above and beyond in making it special. Tessa was so incredibly wonderful and made our night. The portions of food were very reasonable and everything was delicious.

   The craft cocktails were the best we had! The size of the bone marrow was big enough to share! Everything from first entering was a full experience!

   Ou r waiter was tremendously posh and the food took one hour to arrive and the steak didn’t come the way we ordered it

   Had to wait 20mins for our table. We ordered oysters, starters and mains. After the oysters, we waited a long time and then our main course came. We sent it back as we had not got our starters. Starters arrived promptly then. Main course, I ordered Fillet, was over cooked, sent it back and then got it perfect. This was very nicely looked after by the manager, who gave us our wine and starters for free. Not sure if I will be rushing back.

   We went for tge Sunday roast and it was absolutely delicious, especially the stuffing will definitely be back

    Great location and interior however scruffy looking waiting staff, need either a uniform or branded apron to identify them, would expect this for price range and interior. Those in a fast food establishment look neater
