   The day was awful, we sat at table at 2.30 and wasn’t even offered a drink for 40mins. The service was non existent. The food was undercooked and not edible. We had to ask for our pudding to be rush out as by this point we had reached despair. It was 6pm so had been hours. It seems that the Christmas spirit was not there. The bill was £95 a head and had ruined my day to be honest. Lots of people complaining, no drink offered to non drinkers. Also, the owner stated when complained that he had been overwhelmed. What a poor answer and no consideration to what our Christmas Day had become.

   As always fabulous food , great service and Tuesday steak night great value. Lovely location to meet friends for a birthday celebration

   Food was incredible and I had a couple of cocktails which were amazing. Our serve Georgia (I believe her name was) was wonderful really happy and helpful. Was a perfect evening and experience.

   Excellent friendly service. Very helpful with our particular requests . Very good liver dish. No de-caff coffee.

   Great staff but the food took 30 minutes to arrive. Over all the best Sunday roast I have ever had so worth the wait. Thoroughly recommended and will recommend it to other people. Regards Barny Jones

   After our second visit within a month, I cannot recommend Heavens Kitchen enough!! Very warm greeting from the waiting staff who allowed us to pick our preferred seats, and once seated, it wasn't long before the very friendly manager came and offered a personal greeting, as well as recommendations of certain fresh items from the seasonal menu. The bar staff kept the refreshing cocktails coming, all with a distinct, personal touch that makes them all very moorish. (Especially with 2-4-1 on Fridays). It wasn't a long wait until our starters arrived, and that just teased the appetite for our amazing steak mains. There is no debate that they have earned the title 'Steakhouse'. Both Black Angus fillet steaks were cooked to perfection with plenty of trimmings that left us both too full for dessert. After eating, we stuck around for the live music they have every Friday and yet again, we were not disappointed!! And combine that with more cocktails, it was a wonderful way to spend an evening and worth every penny!! Anyone looking for somewhere to get great quality luxury food, accompanied with wonderful staff and a friendly atmosphere, look no further!!

    The quality of the steak was poor, very disappointing as we chose this restaurant specifically for the steaks. Everything else was great.
