   Thanks for ruining our Christmas party! Booked on open table and walked in told us they were not taking bookings from open table. Even though we confirmed the night before. Terrible service from the manager there too. Was so rude to our guests…? So annoyed as I love Heavens kitchen. I get it’s Christmas. But to treat people like that is just terrible. So sad

   Are visit to Heavens kitchen on Tuesday was great. Seb was amazing he interacted all evening with us and we would definitely go back and hope Seb was our waiter again.

   Staff were very welcoming and fantastically attentive. I orered the fillet as recommended (rare) and a glass of malbec. The wine itself was fine, if a little too warm (it was a very warm day though!). Unfortunately the fries were (by far) the only decent part of the meal. Price of the steak, per gram, is exactly the same as Hawksmoor in London - so I was very optimistic; but the quality is nowhere near as good (two gristly bites, and half of it was just not that pleasant to chew; the slightly more cooked parts near the edges - about medium rare - were quite nice. I'm sad about this experience as I'm new to the area and want to support local businesses - but the quality : price ratio here is too low and needs to be improved significantly at this price point.

   We were made very welcome as soon as we arrived and the menu was well explained. The food was excellent and more than enough. Good value for money

   Great evening meal with friends. Everyone loved the food. Very pleased with the service A nice atmosphere, although was a little noisy at times. Definitely recommended

   Really good restaurant if you like your steak. Have it cooked as the Chef recommends and you won't be disappointed!

   Starters were great, steaks were amazing but my sister who doesnt eat red meat went for the chicken and unfortunately it was overcooked which meant she could not eat it as it was just dry and chewy. The desserts were not good, shop bought and not even from a good shop! I thought this was a 'Turkish' Steakhouse so you would at least expect baklava on the menu but there wasnt!!
