Gordon should stop touring America and check out his own restaurants. Very expensive, very average, very slow service. Not a bad experience but for that price won't be back. Attention to detail lacking, seamed short staffed and it was like a kids restaurant.

Wonderful dinner! Food was very good - we got the beef Wellington for 2 along with a few appetizers, it was all amazing! Service was also top notch thanks to Lidia our server:)

I visited this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. While the ambiance was pleasant and the food looked promising, the lack of attentive service overshadowed the entire experience. A good meal deserves to be paired with a smooth and professional dining experience, which was sadly missing here.

Service was super slow and did not live up to the expectation set within the Gordon Ramsey brand. Wait staff were slow, disinterested and there were a high number of dishes not available with the only mumbled explanation… it’s been busy all week. Food was ok… but nothing to write home about. Expected more for sure for the price we paid for our group of 6. Esp as wait staff hovered over you while paying to make sure you didn’t adjust the 15% “optional” too… there was nothing optional about it 😡

Unfortunately we were informed that 4 main course options were unavailable AFTER we’d tried to order them?! Surely we should have been made aware of this once handed the menus? There were no other options offered either! The service was especially slow on bringing one glass of red wine which I had to ask about several times! I would have expected better than this & although not particularly full the noise levels in the restaurant were very loud & not deadened at all by soft furnishings.

Lots of menu items unavailable on day - at lunchtime! Poor choice as a result for vegetarians. Quality of roast dinner very poor

Beef Wellington is very nice, but the service is not as good, we came first but the next table is served with water before us, order was also taken before us. Forgot my fries, etc.

Have eaten here numeorus times and this was the first bad experience. Seated next to large bar birthday party upstairs. Much too loud to have a conversation at our table. Hostess offered to move us to a corner farther away from the crowd and assured they would be leaving soon and the room would quiet down a bit. We moved and the party didn’t leave. Still there when we departed. If that was the only problem it would have been okay. We love the chicken wing appetizer and ordered those abs the meatballs as starters. Both delivered cold and the meat ball sauce tasted as if it was left on to cook too long. Main courses arrived with missing items for 4 of the 7 in our group. The mushy peas served with the fish and chips were ice cold. Waited :30 plus minutes for a bottle of wine. The manager was gracious and acknowledged the issues but it was not the meal experience we were expecting. First time we have been let down at a Ramsay establishment.
