   Heidi’s is a great white table cloth restaurant in Cocoa Beach. The food is always fantastic and the service incredible. Barbara was a great waitress last night. A pianist plays nice soft music that adds to the atmosphere. We highly recommend it.

   We LOVED our server - a blonde, super sweet woman from Russian (we unfortunately didn't get her name). The food was "meh" and there's much better places if you go further in land a bit. The kitchen was incredibly loud. I've worked in food service before so I know who kitchens can be but ooof I've never heard one that rowdy before. Wouldn't go again, but we've lived here for years and have always wanted to know what it was like.

   The food is delicious!! Whenever my husband and I vacation to Melbourne Beach we head to Heidi’s. We always have a great time. They also have a wonderful piano player!!

   The restaurant's outdoor seating offered a quiet ambiance, but unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by significant service issues. After being seated, we waited without menus until I went inside to request them. Another 45-minute wait followed, during which no server checked on us or offered basic essentials like water, again requiring me to go inside for assistance. While Valentine's Day crowds can sometimes challenge any establishment, the complete absence of basic service fundamentals – such as initial greetings once seated, menu provision, and water service – fell well below reasonable expectations for any dining experience, special occasion or not.

   It took 1 hr 45 min for our party of 4 to get entrees served to us. Excuse was that the adjacent Jazz restaurant was extra busy. But all other parties (except 1) in our room had arrived after us, but had eaten paid and left before we got served. Chef came out and rudely said this was because we had ordered starters. The manager said she was sorry and offered us a bottle of wine or deserts for free, but we said that would take to long—we just wanted our dinners

   Always excellent food and service. Finished up with after dinner drinks and listened to amazing live music with The Ron Texiera Trio- a treat right here in Cocoa Beach!!!

   We had a great meal here. The food was, as always, excellent. The service is a little more European than American. In the states they tend to rush you in and out to turn tables. Here expect a laid back wait staff and plenty of time to socialize and enjoy your meal. We dined from the dinner menu and everything was great. Our selections included the jaeger schnitzel, wiener schnitzel and the wurstplatte. You can’t go wrong with any of these. We also had the escargot and beef tartare for appetizers. This isn’t a cheap place to eat especially with a couple glasses of wine along with the food so be prepared. It’s definitely worth the cost though.

    Horrible New Year’s Eve experience. We watched as another group took our reserved table, after telling the manager they had “called” that afternoon and left a reservation??? We had to wait another 30 minutes—-and then we were seated at a table for two—-but there were 4 people in our party. Even a waiter didn’t understand why we were squeezed into a table for two. Worst table in the restaurant in front of the kitchen door. The food was passable for a rushed New Years Eve service, but nothing special. This after making a reservation a month in advance. I had been going to this restaurant for at least 15 years. No more. This follows a bad New Year’s Eve in 2023. Should have learned my lesson then.
