   Great atmosphere, good food and drinks, bad service. Could be because of the holidays in Icon Park Orlando but we felt neglected also did not help having an 18% service charge and dining with silverware that had water spots rolled in paper napkins. Overall, expected much more considering the hype and pricing.

   This place is nice If you want a birthday party atmosphere but want awful service. I went with my girlfriends to this Resturant last night and they sat us quickly towards the back of the Resturant where is the most loud. We then sat there for 10 mins without being greeted and with the other table across from us being attended to before us even through they just sat down. The server then came by and whispered her name and then said I’ll get some water for you guys. She walked away and then proceed to take care of another table. We would have continued to wait except I got up to use the restroom And I saw the server laughing and talking to another server in the corner with their phones in their hands. She had no urgency to hurry back with our waters. After that we decided to leave and go to uncle Julio’s which was a much better choice.

   The waitress was great. One meal didn’t come out and then they told us they ran out of French toast. I had to wait for another meal to be made. No comp on meal. Overall a good time but needs some adjustments!

   We went for a birthday brunch the service was terrible took forever to order drinks order food, birthday girl didn’t even get to eat her French toast was under cooked, didn’t want to wait forever to get another reorder, took forever to get our bills our drinks, we were just very unhappy

   We arrive at the time of our reservation. They were not ready for us. We wait about 30 minutes. Then when I asked the hostess again about the table, she said they were clearing it. We waited another half an hour and were never called for a table and the hostess was never seen again. We left. Unacceptable when we made a reservation.

   I made a reservation for brunch to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and upon arrival, we were quickly seated. Our server introduced herself shortly after, but I immediately noticed that she seemed to focus solely on my mom and did not engage with me or acknowledge my presence. While the food was good, the service could have been much faster. It took roughly 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and I had to ask for a water refill twice before receiving one— just before we left. Where I had the biggest issue was with the way my server handled the check. As I was paying for my mom’s birthday meal, I requested the check, but the server handed it directly to my mom instead of me, even though I was the one who asked for it. My mom passed it to me in front of the server, and when I handed my card to the server to pay, she took it and handed it to my mom again. My mom then had to clarify that I was the one paying, but the server never acknowledged the mistake. I couldn’t help but feel it was a bit disrespectful, as it seemed like she either didn’t recognize that I was the one paying or perhaps assumed I was too young to do so. Additionally, an 18% gratuity was added to the bill, which seemed unusual for a party of two, and I'm unsure whether this is standard practice or a decision made by the server. While the food was decent, the overall service left much to be desired, and I left feeling uncomfortable due to the lack of acknowledgment and respect from my server.

    Muy bonito el local con buena decoración, atención bien, me pareció que los platos de entradas tienen una porción muy pequeña para el costo. Los platos principales estaban completos y las porciones demasiado bien y muy ricas. El resto excelente
