   Very disappointing hotel for food. Poor service. No one greeted us to offer a table. We had to approach the bar. Was informed to pick off the menu and order at the bar and sit anywhere. Very limited weekend menu, which was different to the weekday menu. Simply felt as though they didn’t want anyone there. We decided to leave and eat elsewhere.

   Xmas meal was great only think was for the price the prawns should have been peeled and cleaned as not all people are able to do it themselves and no finger bowel to was your hands after cleaning them yourself

   My husband decided in the Caesar salad and was very surprised to find it to be one of the best Caesar salads he has ever had! I ordered the Beefcheeks . To say that the meal was sensational is an understatement! I was a little underwhelmed with my dessert of Pear and Rhubarb crumble, but my husband had the Cheesecake which was delicious! We have already recommended Vibe restaurant as great place for a superb meal.

   The service all round was amazing! Friendly and efficient staff always with a smile! Was thrilled to receive a free dessert for my birthday! All in all excellent service, excellent food! Jen was very sweet!

   Caitlyn looked after our family of 4 in a professional capacity. She was fun and friendly to meet. The cuisine was extraordinary and the desserts were a knock out. Cocktails 🍸 were amazing. Ambience 💯.

   Your site allowed me to book a reservation at Helix after the kitchen had already closed, we had just come to the motel after a busy day at an event. Luckily one of your employees was completely understanding and offered complimentary drinks but that was all. massive inconvenience for people that travelled 12 hours down here and do not know the area well.

    The online menu was much better than what was actually the case when we were given a printed menu. There were only a few options to pick from compared to what was online. Service was very bad, our meal was given to another table as they ordered the same thing but were seated long after us.
