Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas pulls themes from all of Gordon Ramsay’s ventures incorporating the Hell’s Kitchen show, his signature items, his fiery personality and his overall brand to deliver a unique new restaurant. In order to create the experience the outlet will focus on the famous Red and Blue kitchens, show experiences, and a prominent bar that begs you to join us for a drink.

The food is over-rated. I had the chef’s specialty, Beef Wellington, and it was sub-par. I’ve had better at home. The noise level was very loud. I do not recommend this place. It’s a lot of hype for average food. Very disappointing. Save your money.

Overall the best meal ever!! The food was simply superb! Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend trying the Beef Wellington which was a standout for its exquisite taste and presentation. Our waiter was exceptional -attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made great recommendations and ensured that our needs were met throughout the meal, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Can’t wait to return!!

First time dining at a Hells kitchen restaurant, and the food did not live up to the hype. My family and I went because my son is really into the show and also a huge fan of Gordon Ramsay. We planned our Vegas trip just to go to the restaurant. Food was ok. Not great. My husbands lamb was undercooked, he had to send it back. The food definitely looks a lot better on the shows than when you actually go and get it yourself. My filet was dry… just overall not what I expected and I am disappointed because I was hoping to taste the best food of my life. My son enjoyed dining in the kitchen experience. His happiness was the highlight of the dinner service.

We eat here several times a year because guests from out of town always want to try it. Always a great dinner, some of the best cocktails on the strip. Very good service. The price is in line with other strip celebrity chef restaurants but the service and food are always consistently some of the best. My experience at all of the Gordon Ramsay restaurants on the strip has been excellent. Very high standards in all areas and always one of the best restaurants experiences in Las Vegas.

The Beef Wellington was obviously the best, but the chicken and fish were also very good. The dessert deserves special mention—I don't remember the exact name, something with "brûlée"—but everything was top-notch. The waiting time and service were simply out of this world.
