   Crazily overpriced but the food and service were both very good. The atmosphere is what it is for a casino restaurant. I am surprised that a chain can keep the food consistently good but nothing really memorable about the dinner.

   My party ran into traffic issues, but the assistant manager (Charlie) and manager were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to change the reservation several times. In the end, they weren’t able to make it, but we were still able to be seated as a smaller group. The food was prompt and delicious. The server in the water server were very helpful and kind. Eating at Hell’s Kitchen was on my son’s bucket list and it did not disappoint. He said the octopus was the best he’s ever had. He enjoyed every morsel of every dish while recounting the Gordon Ramsay episodes. Thanks for helping what was a hectic evening become a perfect evening. We had to rush out to meet the rest of our party so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the dessert, that was our only regret. But we’ll be back !

   Utterly disappointing Beef Wellington. Notwithstanding it is their claim to fame, it’s a mediocre dish even if I have never heard of beef wellington. The Market Salad came salty. No, not salty. But completely salted. Like they decided to pickle the tomatoes and cucumbers. I had to send it back and I have never sent a dish back ever. The scallops, lamb racks and sticky toffee pudding are worth the price. Service was confused. Yes, confused. Not confusing. As if they couldn’t decide if it should be more casual since it was just putting up in a casino hotel, or be more uppity (and sophisticated) since it was HK. But at the end of the day, it settled for neither, at best, minimalist, at worst, aloof.

   The whole experience was underwhelming. To have a four course prefix menu with a set price and an automatic tip we left very disappointed. Our reservation was at 10:15 and we did not get our first course until 10:55. One of our first course dishes was cold and had to be sent back. I asked to speak to the manager he came over and all he did was exchange my cold appetizer for a warm one. We watched food come from the kitchen with servers who did not know where the food was going, and we watched it be walked right back into the kitchen. It was a chaotic mess. The timing of all people sitting in our section was completely off. It ended up being a two hour dinner and the tip was automatically added to our tag. No one did anything to make our experience any better I would not recommend this restaurant.

   It was very noisy and hard to hear other person on the opposite side of. Tables were so close to other table.
