   Absolutely incredible! Perfect service, the right amount of attentiveness without it being over powering. Attention to detail was perfect all the way down to slightly warmed cutlery. Food was exquisite and so many new foods we hadn’t tried before. I would go back in a heartbeat! We can’t wait to see what the normal menu is like!

   First time dining at Hestia we did the tasting menu and it was delicious, we were unsure that the small portions of the courses would fill us up, but by the time we reached dessert, we were well fed. Great ambience, not too noisy and the staff was very helpful.

   Finally, a dining experience in Austin that truly lives up to the hype! Hestia's dedication to live-fire cooking creates magic on every plate. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like valued guests, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of both the menu and cooking techniques. The pork belly was nothing short of revelatory - perfectly rendered with a crackling exterior that gave way to melt-in-your-mouth meat beneath. My wife's bavette was cooked to absolute perfection, showcasing the restaurant's mastery of open-flame cooking. The attention to detail in every dish proves why Hestia stands at the pinnacle of Austin's dining scene. What truly sets Hestia apart is the combination of exceptional food and impeccable service. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, and their passionate knowledge of each dish enhanced our dining experience. The elegant atmosphere and open kitchen add to the theatrical experience of watching the chefs work their magic over the flames. Without hesitation, this was the best meal we've had in Austin.    I could not be happier with the meal we had at Hesdy. Everything was perfectly prepared and the service was exceptional. Best halibut I’ve ever had in my life. My wife and I are hitting all of the Texas Michelin star restaurants and this was our fifth one and my favorite.

   I was so disappointed by our experience at Hestia. I am a food lover and 8 year resident of Austin. The food in Austin’ is amazing, so I thought its first Michelin starred restaurant would be too. It was not even close to 7 other restaurants I could name here that are 1/3 the cost and I would recommend to anyone. In addition the service was poor. We waited almost 30 min between our first course and entrees. I would not recommend Hestia

   Amazingly tasty overpriced food. Hestia deserves its Michelin Star. There should be an option: when you like your bite (I mean this literally ) order a second one for half of the prize. :-) I would have ordered the mushroom entree 4 more times...and I actually think, when i would have one more meal...and it would be my last: i would say give me Hestia's mushrooms....mounted on a plate....we won't be back because it was a splurge for us...but want that you check it out. just eat sth before you go...plates are rather small

    We came to Hestia for the first time after seeing it get its Michelin star, so we had expectations for the level of food and service already. Well - the Hestia team blew us away! We would compare it more to other 2 stars, as the presentation, level of attention from the chefs and hosts, and general execution of concept to flavors for the food were excellent. Highlights for us were the scallop with beef tallow, the celery multiple ways, and the mesquite bread.
