   The restaurant chose to not open for lunch even though I had reservation for well over a week. This caused me to have make last second plan changes as my meeting attendees arrived.

   This is a hotel restaurant. In my mind there would have been fewer children, but I reminded myself it was a hotel. Food was average at best and things seemed a little disorganized. However, the service was good. Would I go again? hmm.. Maybe.. but I'd look elsewhere first.

   This was my 5th visit to Hickory and Hazel . The service was at an all time Low. It took forever to get our beverages. We ordered our food and had to wait at least 10 minutes to get cutlery to eat with. We asked for a new waiter and things got a little better. This restaurant needs to rethink its current serving staff. There was one Hispanic worker (gentleman) who appeared to be the only one working.

   Great location for business meals near ATL airport. Easy to get to, and very nice ambiance, without being too pricey.

   Very, very slow apathetic service. We expected more from a Marriott property and given it was an airport hotel thought it would be fast. We were virtually the first party seated and waited almost a full hour for our group of 6 to receive our food leaving some of us less than 10 minutes to gulp down our food. We were in such a rush by the time we got our food that we forget to get our parking stamped and ended up paying over $20 for a lunch we couldn’t even eat less enjoy. Absolutely ridiculous...we will never return and I do not recommend this restaurant unless you have 3 hours to spend on lunch.

    The menu is robust. The service and attention to diners was lacking. I noticed the same concern among the other diners.
