   Stunning meal with my parents who loved the fact it was Tapas but not just the standard patatas bravas etc. and had a lot of variety. All the food was really tasty, the parsnip and blue cheese being the most surprising/impressive. My wife and I had been before and loved it but I didn't want to say anything to my parents before hand incase it didn't live up to the hype. Very glad to say that if anything the food was even better this time. I will definitely be back and Im looking forward to it.

   Superb team on a fresh adventure. Really tasty, interesting and feel good food. The flavour layers were brilliant. Made to feel very welcome. We will be back and telling everyone to go and discover this little gem.

   The food was good, great favours and perfect portion sizes. However we arrived to an empty restaurant, except for a long table in the middle with around 14 people seated, including a couple of babies and very young children. We were given a table within inches of this table and one seat closely backing onto a baby in a high chair, in reach of any understandable food throwing. We asked if we could sit elsewhere but was told that all the tables were booked with people coming in the next 15 minutes. When we pressed about the table allocation we were reluctantly given another table. The next diners arrived about 10 minutes later and after that it was about another 20 minutes before anyone else arrived and when we left the restaurant there were only another 3 tables occupied so we couldn’t understand why our request wasn’t readily accommodated. As it happened the large party left about 15 minutes after we arrived and if we had been told they had eaten it wouldn’t have been such an issue being so close. We enjoyed our food but we didn’t feel that our not unreasonable request to have another table was treated with consideration and respect and this did impact on our enjoyment of the evening.

   Exceptional food, service and ambiance! Our little dog was welcomed. Table are really well spaced. Do give it a try you won’t be disappointed

   Another fabulous evening at the Hideaway Kitchen Boroughbridge. Gorgeous food. We shared a selection of extremely delicious small plates. Despite being June it was cold outside and the fire was on, so it was really cozy and welcoming - a really good vibe and the staff were just brilliant. Highly recommend. We’ll be back very soon.

   Visiting Harrogate for the weekend, brilliant venue for date night with my partner. Wonderful, friendly staff, great food and drinks. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

    Recommended 🤩 - We finally got round to going to The Hideaway Kitchen for food last night. Would really recommend it. We had a lovely sourdough pizza to share & some small plates, all of which were excellent. Staff were really friendly & food was rounded off with some very well made Negroni’s. I’ll be going back for the Negroni’s alone 🍹
