   Good service received from friendly, polite and helpful staff. The food was excellent, so good infact that we are visiting again for lunch with friends again this week.

   Definitely an establishment that is dog friendly, so avoid if you're not a lover of dogs around when you're eating. Food was good - although charging extra for crushed peas on top of a higher than average price for fish & chips is a bit cheeky! It was chilly & very noisy in the marquee. Staff were attentive to customers both human & canine... Takeaway sausage roll was excellent.

   Not the best experience having been many times before . The lobster claw was indestructible and the tools could not get through. It got really cold outside so we asked to move inside just for our coffee and the waitress was lovely but had to convince the person in charge to let us move as we were frozen. He was also overheard not being very complementary when a family asked to move inside as it was raining . And then said to another couple who had arrived “sorry it’s cramped but people with family’s have moved inside “ and made a face as tho to say it was inconvenient !

   Very busy, staff were friendly, but waited a long time for our order when others had arrived after us and were served first. I had Hake, chips and peas, food not that warm , and the hake was not really that fresh and was overcooked. My wife had red mullet, 4 small pieces, and over seasoned. Not impressed. Best part of the eating experience was the take away coffee and cake from the outside shack. We will not eat in the cafe again.

   Great service, lots of choice for fish and non fish lovers, and lots of food for your money (is it poss to have too much ?! I felt a bit overwhelmed by the squid and chips portion size!) Good buzz too, though it did get quite cold as people left but it was a v cold day!! Thank you

    Whilst the fish was delicious the chips had been put onto a cold plate and were obviously put aside to wait for the fish so when the plates came to the table the chips were cold. The cloudy plastic beakers for our drinks were reminiscent of school. If the flowers can go In Glass vases I’m sure the customers could be trusted with a decent glass too, even if just for a soft drink.
