   Excellent restaurant! Food & service was awesome! It can get loud in there at times, so it is hard to hold conversations when the band plays, but it still is so much fun!!!

   the hostess put us at a really nice table by the band which was 45RPM. they were great!!. The food service was very fast. everyone was friendly. had a very nice time

   HBH was an excellent night out. We had friends in from 4 states to Buffalo and the dinner and music (and beer....) was a great night out. They all had fun and the food was excellent. Service was prompt and cordial. Great staff. We sang, we drank, we ate, we made memories for a group that has been a motorcycle riding "family" for over 40 years. I would recommend to anyone and I have been the the original HBH in Munich. This was a blast !!

   Ordered soup, appetizer and meals. We received the soup and that was all. An hour goes by and every table that came in after us received meals. Waitress kept reassuring us the food was on the way, never saw it. After an hour and 15 mins we just left. First time there, and it will be the last.

   Had a reservation for 515 for 3 people here show at jeybkeybank. Took 10 minutes for server to come get drink order, another 10 minutes to get drinks and then NEVER GOT MY FOOD!!! Waited 90 minutes for our food order, numerous people that came in after us got their food! We had to leave without eating to make it to show on time! Horrible service, Dis not offer any compensation! Will never recommend or go back!

    One star is too high of a rating. Went with a party of 12 and got seated without enough seats for everyone. Took forever for waitress to bring additional chairs and take our drink order. Finally, put food order in after arriving 10 minutes early for our reservation. One hour and forty minutes later we had still not received our food. The waitress kept saying they had 100 tickets in and the kitchen was swamped yet when we arrived there were very few tables seated and people coming in after us had received their food already. Three times servers kept trying to bring us food that wasn’t ours and they kept insisting it was. Finally we found a manager and told the to forget about the food. We cashed out our drink tab and left. Two other tables near us had also been waiting as long and got up and left as well. We were really excited to try the restaurant however the service was horrible and clearly they overbooked the restaurant or were too understaffed to handle a full restaurant.
