An authentic but unassuming experience of Chinese cuisine with a modern twist. Specialising in Cantonese, Sichuan and a Dim Sum menu served until 5pm every day. Emphasis on fresh produce, best quality ingredients and ever changing specials menu, we are trying to change the game. A Fully licensed bar, with a carefully curated selection of spirits, an expressive wine list and a specially designed cocktail offering.

    Really tasty food and interesting menu with lots of specials. We had the green beans with minced pork, a dish we had in Hong Kong and it was excellent. Had to have the sweet and sour chicken (sorry to be less genuine!) and it was superb. Friendly service and good choice of drinks too.

    Went to Home Chinese Restaurant for lunch and ordered various types of dim-sum and a mixed bar-be-que meat platter, which includes roast pork, char-siu and roast duck. All dishes were good, particularly the roast pork with the skin crispy and the meat tender and not very fat. A good place for a decent Chinese dim-sum lunch. Will try dinner next time.

    deep-fried dishes are outstanding ventilation not so good clean and tidy restaurant I was seated on the lower ground floor and it was much quieter than the upper ground floor

    We absolutely love HOME Chinese! The food is ALWAYS good, it doesn’t matter what you pick, it’s all good! The crispy pork belly is perfection! The staff are great, super friendly and know the menu well. It’s our favourite place in China Town.

    We’ve been a few times and I’ve noticed the menu has somewhat changed this time. We have deliberately chosen different tastes each time we go to make sure that the value and tastes of the food in general are reflected evenly. I would say it’s tasty but average, meaning some dishes are very tasty and some are just average quality. Service however is superb every time we visit. To conclude, we will visit again but will avoid the dishes that are average in taste.
