   The restaurant was freezing. They finally turned off the AC when we asked. Wanted rolls, or bread- they don't have any. What restaurant doesn't have this?? Menu is limited. Wish they had some traditional items. For example, upscale burgers and fancy fries. Had good salads and pizza.

   Food was good and servings were very large—maybe too large. However, logistics were terrible. There was no signage in the lobby to direct you to the restaurant. The elevator did not indicate where the restaurant was located or that you needed to go down one floor to access it. Handicap access required taking another lift to get to the dining area, because they don’t have a ramp. Additionally, the noise level was high.

   Fish (swordfish & Mahi Mahi) portions were entirely too small & covered w/a gelatinous sauce w/a dubious flavor profile. And no value for the high cost. The 1/2 fried chicken (which seems to be the go to entree) was terrific! The hot honey dipping sauce was superb! Although I’m a PGA member (& could use a 30% off coupon) I won’t be rushing back. Service was pretty slow but I expected that….

   Decided to try the Christmas buffet for lunch after some great reviews. It’s a crowded place especially the indoor dining area which is small and over arranged with tables and chairs. Quite a wide selection of food. Enjoyed the crab bisque eg, generously prepared with lumps of crab. Little spicy but very delicious. Also enjoyed the jumbo shrimps at the cold section. Ceviche was great plus. My husband enjoyed the carving station very much. Also the five spiced Brussels sprout was tasting great but collard green was not too tenderly cooked. I had the sweet potatoes as well. Waffle with fried chicken is their popular dishes and I tried the chicken. They are coated with thick flour with minimal chicken inside. Hope they would improve on that. Multiple choices for desserts unfortunately they are very sweet so I went for fresh fruits. This indoor area was way too noisy and fortunately the lady who served us she was very kind and checked on us periodically. Ample sites for parking and overall it’s a great experience for Christmas.

   We came for Thanksgiving for the first time and were seated next to the oyster/shrimp bar where there was a lot of foot traffic and very difficult to maneuver in and out of the seats. Our server was lovely, but we had to wait a very long time for drinks and had to ask the bartender for water because she just disappeared. It was not a great start and we were very unhappy with the service at first. We only had a plate with three pads of butter, which was very strange. We had to take butter from the next table, as well as a knife because we didn’t see our server for quite some time. We understand Thanksgiving is busy, but for $100 a person this was just not acceptable. Additionally, my husband had called ahead of time when we realized we were at in the last seating for the evening. I wanted to make sure we wouldn’t be rushed out at the end of the night. Of course, when he asked for decaf coffee at the end of the night he was told it was already thrown out. The food was fine, but some suggestions would be to have whipped mashed potatoes, corn, butternut squash soup, a children’s buffet, and Apple pie and chocolate chip cookies.

    Food was excellent but the service was so bad. Wasn't crowded so I don't understand why this continues to be the case at this restaurant.
