   This is a beautiful experience however, the price on OpenTable and the price on the website were very different. We will definitely be doing this again, but I will definitely be asking more questions to click a clear idea of what is in the details.

   I had high expectations since the Bennett Hotel is such a great place to stay…but was disappointed in the Thanksgiving buffet. The service was abysmal, and the food was just okay. It was one of those meals when you just wanted it to get over so you could leave, but then it takes 20min for the server to get your check after you request it and another 15 to bring your credit card back.

   A lovely Southern Thanksgiving buffet. The staff are first class and incredible kind. The hotel is a gem and the holiday decorations really heightened the sense of the season. I loved being greeted with a glass of champagne when we checked in. Everywhere we looked was another photo op. This is an experience our family will always remember!

   Hotel Bennett is absolutely beautiful. We went for Mother’s Day brunch and made the reservation for four people. The brunch was a buffet and it was not well stocked and the food was just OK. The bill came and it was $150 a person. It was my mistake to check. It would’ve been OK if the food was good and the onions in the room was basically it was a ballroom with tables and a buffet set in the middle. After having a mimosa each, we had an $800 bill basically for an omelette and a piece of prime rib

   Went to the Hotel Bennett Mother’s Day brunch with my wife and our son’s family . We also celebrated my grandsons 11th birthday. The food was exceptional . I have travelled the world and this was among the best buffets I have seen . The variety and quality was truly amazing . The live music was perfect( soft and relaxing ). It was a 5 star experience.

   I recently visited Hotel Bennett for their Mother’s Day brunch, filled with anticipation and excitement to celebrate this special occasion. However, my experience was marred by a significant lack of attentive service, leaving me deeply disappointed. Upon arrival, my girls and I were the first to be seated. However, as time passed, it became evident that there was no one assigned to attend to our table. We waited patiently, hoping that someone would eventually notice our presence and offer us the attention typical of a fine dining experience, especially on a day as significant as Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, that moment never came. The absence of a dedicated server meant that we had to fend for ourselves throughout the entire meal. We had to flag down passing staff members for basic needs. This not only disrupted the flow of our meal but also detracted from the celebratory atmosphere we had hoped to enjoy. What made this experience particularly disheartening was the fact that my mom, whom I had eagerly planned to treat to this brunch, couldn’t join us due to unforeseen circumstances. The disappointment of not having her with us was compounded by the lackluster service we encountered. As someone who values not just the quality of food but also the overall experience, I hope Hotel Bennett takes this feedback seriously. While the ambiance and menu offerings were promising, the service aspect fell short of expectations.

   We had next to last serving time. We left after one hour and ten minutes but by that time closing activities were well under way. We were ignored for the last 20 minutes. The silverware was not changed after each course. The ambience was far below what would be expected for a celebration. The food was good except we were served very poor slices of beef and lamb. We did not feel we could linger and talk as the staff was busy breaking down the event all around us.

    It was a delightful experience but I do not feel the staff were trained and ready deliver. They seemed a bit disorganized
