   Had a fantastic experience as always at House! The food was fresh and flavourful and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. Can’t wait to be back already!!!

   Chicken was raw in my friends salad, she got a glass of Prosecco to compensate and we were still charged for the salad

   Its a beautiful place to eat. Service is quite spotty- no real check backs and had to flag people down if we wanted something else. Brioche is an…interesting choice for the base of eggs benny and the eggs were a bit overdone. Great ambiance though!

   The menu on the website hasn’t been updated in two years, not sure how customers are supposed to know. We went expecting options we had seen online that were no longer on the menu. Very limited option for vegans. Staff were not familiar with the menu, one staff member told us certain vegan options, another told us different. I had previously had good experiences here with nice food but i would no longer recommend.

   I recently dined here at House, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The front-of-house staff, namely John, left a lasting negative impression. Upon arriving at our reserved table, John approached us in an abrupt manner. Instead of welcoming us, he questioned why we were seated there and insisted we move to a different table. His tone was condescending and embarrassing. As paying customers, we expected better treatment. However, I must commend Diego, our server. He was attentive, efficient, and made an effort to enhance our dining experience. Despite the overall disappointment, Diego’s professionalism stood out. The food quality was mediocre overall, and the ambiance felt dull and uninspiring. It’s safe to say that I won’t be returning here. I recommend that the management seriously consider replacing John to improve the overall customer experience.

    Great experience - superb service, delicious food and exciting atmosphere! They did have trouble receiving our Open Table reservation but still took care of us :)
